In-person Ohio notary support

Keys with Jen offers standard in-person Ohio notary services separately from car-buying advocacy. Contact Jen with the document type, location, preferred timing, and number of signatures so availability and applicable fees can be confirmed before the appointment.

Before the appointment

Bring the document and acceptable identification. Do not sign in advance when the signature must be witnessed. Confirm every signer is available and willing to sign. Ask the document recipient whether witnesses or additional instructions are required.

Clear fee disclosure

The authorized notarial fee and any separate travel fee will be disclosed before the appointment. Travel availability depends on location. Final travel-fee bands remain subject to Jen’s approval.

Jen does not choose the notarial act, provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or notarize when there is a disqualifying conflict. Notary service remains separate from car-buying services, and online notarization is not currently offered. Contact Jen to ask about service.
